Before starting this module, I knew that git had to do with pushing code to GitHub. I had done some git work when I got my AAS a couple years ago, but I did not retain much on what it all actually meant. Now, I have a much better understanding of git, how it works, and why it is used. I enjoy using GitBash to navigate between folders in a much faster way rather than utilizing the mouse. It is nice knowing that I can just keep pushing my updated code to GitHub without a hassle. My updated code will always be there for others to see and/or use. The most challenging aspect of this module was actually getting my webpage to look nice in mobile view. The most rewarding part was finally getting the page to look good in mobile view, and also being comfortable using git to push my changes over to GitHub. Due to the hands on approach, this module helped me to understand git better and know what I’m actually doing. I learned what each message in git meant and why I was doing what I was doing.
